How the order process works

Step #1:  Submit your price quote order.
Step #2:  We will contact you by email to gather more information about your needs.
Step #3:  We will submit a price quote for your acceptance.
Step #4:  We will prepare three draft graphic designs for your consideration.
Step #5:  Two changes can be made at no charge.
Step #6:  Once you have approved a draft design, your payment will be submitted or you may cancel your order with no obligation.
Step #7:  When payment has been received, the final design will be prepared and other services ordered will be completed.  Your final approval will be obtained.
Step #8:  Your web site should be ready for use within one week (for more complicated web sites allow more time).
Step #9:  You will receive written instructions explaining how to access your web site, webmail and visitor response form data.
